I deleted my account but now I want to restore it…

It is technically possible to restore an account that you decided to delete from the in-game settings. Here are the steps to follows:

• delete the current account you are using.
• login with the deleted account (Google / Facebook) and contact us, indicating the character name(s) and server(s) you wish to restore.
• after some further verifications, we will help you restore the account and characters.

WARNING: Please note that restore account is only available within 30 days from the deletion date.
